Visa to Kurdistan
Holders of Spanish passports and other European passports do not need to obtain a prior visa to enter the Kurdistan Region and upon arrival at the airports or border crossings of the Kurdistan Region they will be issued a one-month stay visa, either as a tourist or visiting.
After one month of entry, the visitor visa can be extended twice for a fee, provided the reason for the extension is approved. To do this, the foreigner must submit a request to the residence administrators who have the authority to extend the visa.
Names of countries whose citizens do not need to obtain a visa in advance and will receive a visa upon arrival at airports and border crossings.
The United States.
Note: The tracking period for a foreigner's passport should not exceed six months. If the foreigner is born in Iraq and it is indicated in his passport, he will not need a visa and will be able to stay for the required period without penalties for delay.
All other citizens who need to obtain a visa in advance to enter the Kurdistan Region and apply for a visa through us, must prepare the following documents.
A new color image of the passport.
A color copy of your passport or travel document.
Color copy of the residence card (Iqama).
Telephone number, email and residential address.
Address of the place of residence in the Kurdistan Region.
